Things to consider

SAAIL staff are paid above the recognised national living wage rate. Therefore staffing costs per day are typically over £110  excluding pension and other contributions

SAAIL has comprehensive insurance that enables it to provide accommodation for a wider range of client group than is typically covered by supported accommodation. This cover is more expensive and therefore forms part of the pricing consideration.

Our accommodation is of a high standard and in locations close to all amenities. This is advantageous for all young people placed as they can access the services they require within walking distance. SAAIL do not rent accommodation and therefore it enables us to  consider placements that would usually be unsuitable in accommodation owned by landlords. This fact together with the prime location of accommodation results in higher costs for SAAIL.
