Our qualified team helps young people from the health and social care sector transition from being ‘looked after’ towards full independent living.
We provide packages of support that ensure the young people in our accommodation will go onto achieve success, good jobs and become healthy and happy members of their communities.
We employ a dedicated and reliable team from various disciplines, including care managers and qualified social workers.
We want our service to deliver hope and optimism for all the young people we work with so that they are healthier, happier and able to achieve future success.

All of our facilities are of a good standard, with modern facilities, fully furnished, comfortable and have been amended to meet the needs of young people who are going to be living alone for the first time. Each flat or bedsit is of a sufficient size to make it manageable for the young person
Christmas and New year cover
Overnight staffing is not available Christmas day and New Years day.
All Young people placed are expected to spend Christmas day and New Years day with close friends or family.
House rules
Agreement by the YP to comply with the rules of the placement is a condition of the placement agreement
Damage
Damage caused to the property of SAAIL must be paid for by the young person or the placing Authority. SAAIL reserves the right to pursue recompense for damage through legal action.
SAAIL will consider most young people from any background for its accommodation.

arsonists
active sex offenders
